Description:

The Claims Administrative Assistant duties and tasks are a mix of standardized and non-routine in nature. More complex issues are referred to higher levels and work is more self-directed and requires minimal oversight.

Handling typical office duties: maintain office supplies, may transcribe recorded statements, conduct file maintenance, and run basic reports. In addition, resolving a variety of questions and problems. Interacting by phone and mail with multiple internal and external contacts such as customers, vendors, medical providers, attorneys (plaintiff and defendant), law enforcement agencies, etc.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year prior administrative or clerical support experience.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Good customer service and follow up skills.
- Solid organizational skills.
